PurposeThis study mainly discusses the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training intervention in children with autism,to provide clinical basis for rehabilitation of children with autism.Methods80 cases of children with autism were collected,who were hospitalized in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zheng Zhou University for 6 months’ continuous rehabilitation training from January 2014 to June 2015. 71 children were male, and 9femininity.They were 24 months to 83 months old,(mean age 41.64 ± 12.23 months).By two doctors which are experienced child psychology and psychiatry diagnosed these cases.Diagnosis based on the medical history of supporter, children’s psychiatric examination and conformed to the American psychiatric diagnostic and Statistical Manual Fourth Edition(DSM-IV) criteria, while conformed to the diagnostic criteria for children autism rating scale of all enrolled children guardian and rehabilitation physician to elaborate the research content and significance, get into the group of children Guardian informed consent. Exclusion of Rett syndrome, schizophrenia,neurological disorders, special language development disorders, and severe physical disease,other developmental disorders.80 cases of Children autism were used Discrete Trials Teaching,Structured Teaching Training, Language Communication, Relationship development intervention,Sensory Integration Training, Games game training methods, when before training and training for 3 months and 6 months respectively. The effect of therapeutic were assessed by The Childhood Autism Behavior Scale(ABC), childhood autism rating volume table(CARS), autistic children mental health education assessment form(Third Edition)(PEP-3),which of the assessment results were compared.Will collect the information coded input SPSS database, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, count data expressed in the number of cases,mean and standard deviation(x ± s)were suggested for statistical description. That different time points was compared by analysis of variance for repeated measurement data. 0.05 as the test of significance level.Result1.80 cases of Children autism,the proportion of children under 48 months of age,the age group showed that boys more than girls, the ratio of male to female was 7.9:1,with significant gender differences.2.Children autism in the ABC scale feeling ability, communication ability,athletic ability, language and communication skills, self-care ability in the field of 3times to evaluate the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05). All fields are shown as the first score higher than second times, second times higher than the third Scores, two two differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The score difference of ABC total score 3 times was statistically significant, the first score was higher than second times, second times higher than the third score, the two comparative difference was statistically significant two two.3.Through the training of autistic children in CARS scale evaluation score difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). For the first time performance score higher than second times, second times higher than the third score.score wasstatistically significant difference between the two comparative(P<0.05).4. Children with autism in the autistic disorder children mental health education assessment(PEP-3-3) of CVP, El and RL, FM, GM, VMI, PSC, seven in the field of three evaluation score difference has statistical significance(P< 0.001). The 7 areas were third times higher than the second assessment, the second assessment score higher than the first time, the difference was statistically significant two comparative(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Comprehensive intervention training of children autism had effective,such as,Discrete Trials Teaching,Structured Teaching Training, Language Communication,Relationship development intervention, Sensory Integration Training, Games game training methods.It can improve children with stereotyed,self injury and bad behavior,cognitive ability, preceived,sports and improve the autonomy of children with communication skills,social interaction.2.Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention effectively improve the symptoms of children with autism, the training time is longer more intensive, the better.
