ObjectThe medium long strength test is commonly used in the physical test of strength test method, but for different people and people of all ages were tested by the external environment factors in the process of interference is bigger, not controlled by the subjective, low precision, and can only reflect the muscle strength of the local muscle group, more difficult to reflect the overall quality of muscle strength, and the maximum muscle strength testing prone to muscle damage in the process of accident. While doing little to the crowd because of insufficient exercise at ordinary times time muscle strength damage such as accident cases are more likely to happen. Therefore, this study introduce skeletal muscle index to evaluate 20 to 39 years old of different age groups are doing less crowd muscle strength, which is more safe and effective reflect the muscle strength of doing little to the crowd.Subjects and methodStudy selected 20 to 39 healthy people, according to every five years for a ages were divided into 4 age groups, each men and women ages 25 people, a total of 200 people. Subjects the national physique monitoring project of muscle strength testing, body composition and bone health testing, muscle strength test including back, leg forces, grip strength, etc., and finally the results measured with skeletal muscle index correlation analysis.Result1.Skeletal muscle index and back, leg forces, grip strength has a significant correlation (p< 0.01), the correlation is higher, therefore skeletal muscle index can better response 20 to 39 years old are doing less crowd grip strength, back, leg forces of muscle strength.2.Found in this study, doing little to the crowd and national physique monitoring analysis of the muscle strength between doing less to the crowd below the standard level generally, therefore, physical conditions on the people are doing less muscle strength has a certain influence.3.Mass percentage in the process of muscle strength analysis, found that women in different ages between adjacent two age groups is significant. Men at the age of 34 to 39 age group with three other has no significant between age, the age men overall weight is bigger, body fat percentage is higher, therefore, the human body fat content of information has a certain correlation with individual muscle strength.4. In addition, this study also found that 20 to 24 years old at different ages are doing less average skeletal muscle index of female population:7.9, and 9.7 for men. The crowd at the age of 25 to 29 female skeletal muscle index was 8.5 on average, men 10.6. The crowd at the age of 30-34 female skeletal muscle index was 9.2 on average, men 11.2. In 35 to 39 years old group of female skeletal muscle index was 9.8 on average, men 11.8Conclusion1. Skeletal muscle index in the evaluation of the human body muscle strength, had a higher correlation for people of all ages muscle strength condition can be a good evaluation.2. In this study 20 to 39, doing little to the subjects of muscle strength, percentage of constitution and physical analysis found that men each muscle strength increases with the increase of age.3. The women in the 30-34 age back and leg forces fell, this has to do with less sitting still for a long time dynamic factors such as lack of exercise and lumbar and leg problems have certain relations.Suggestions can be used to skeletal muscle index of the middle-aged and old people and doing little to crowd muscle strength evaluation. Skeletal muscle muscle strength index evaluation was applied to health monitoring. |
