| Objective Our country is a high incidence of birth defects, according to the national birth defects monitoring data, according to birth defects children born each year up to 80-1.2million, after the birth to family and society bring great economic and mental burden,how to effectively reduce fetal malformation fetus birth rate become an urgent problem in the clinical. And ultrasound examination as the main imaging examination of prenatal diagnosis, has significant advantages in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, this study was to explore the two-dimensional ultrasonic joint four-dimensional ultrasound method clinical value in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Methods We randomly collect form October 2009 to October 2013 in our hospital to check the middle-late stage of 3192 cases of pregnant women, and adopts sheng-li li put forward continuous order tracking method, Systematic continuous sequence that SCSA),first to the fetus body each system to conduct a comprehensive two-dimensional ultrasound, observed the fetus, body, internal structure and the position of the body surface morphology, the fetus malformation four-dimensional ultrasound any suspicious,diagnosis, and according to the induced labor, labor, or to the superior hospital further examination results were analyzed simply two-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound combined two checking methods of four-dimensional ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate of diagnosis of fetal abnormalities.Results3192 pregnant women 3225 fetal childbirth, check out the fetus malformation, 158,135 confirmed by follow-up of fetal abnormalities. 135 fetal abnormalities, simple two-dimensional ultrasound examination in 105 found that fetal abnormalities,combined ultrasonic diagnosis of 123 found that fetal abnormalities, joint coincidence rate of about 91.1% is significantly higher than pure ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities of two-dimensional ultrasound 77.8%, p < 0.05; Confirmed by follow-up of 72 surface deformity, 53 simple two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, joint ultrasound examination found that 66 of fetal abnormalities, joint ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate of about 91.6% is significantly higher than simple two-dimensional ultrasonic 73.6%, p < 0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound examination is the main imaging methods of choice for prenatal diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, two-dimensional ultrasound is the basis for the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, 4 d ultrasound can make up for the shortage of two-dimensional ultrasound, combined use of two methods accuracy is significantly higher than simple two-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis leakage, especially in the diagnosis of surface deformity in fetus combined ultrasonic diagnosis method has more obvious advantages. |
