Objective:To evaluate the impact of Chinese medicine Hua-Tan-Xiao-Yu-Fang (HTXY) on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) rat model’s Bcl-2 and EGFR expressions in gastric mucosa from the perspective of apoptosis and the explore the mechanism.Methods:1. Theoretical research:With literature collection of TCM and Western medicine to study the achievement and treatment of PLGC.2. Experimental research:100 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group (n=17) and the model group (n=83).The PLGC rat model were established by complex pathogenic factors, in which N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine was mainly used. After successful modeling, 15 rats were randomly selected from the blank control group, and 75randomly selected were divided into the model group,Vitacoenzyme group,HTXY high,medium,low dose group,15 in each group. After modeling,drug intervention was administered for eight weeks,followed by immunohistochemical method for Bcl-2、EGFR expression level.Results:Compared with the blank control group, the expression of Bcl-2、EGFR decreased in the model group (P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the expression of Bcl-2、EGFR increased in each HTXY group and the Vitacoenzyme group (P<0.01). In addition, compared with the Vitacoenzyme group, the expression of Bcl-2 and EGFR significantly in the high and middle dose HTXY group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:HTXY method could reverse gastric mucosal dysplasia.Its mechanism of action could be reducing high expression of Bcl-2、EGFR protein and blocking abnormal activation of Bcl-2、EGFR cellular signal reansduction pathway.
