Objective: The aim of this retrospective study was to explore the influence of assisted hatching and oxytocin receptor antagonists on the pregnancy outcome in patients with previous implantation failure in frozen-thawed cycles. Methods: This study collected from 2014 January to 2015 February who visits to our center for frozen thawed embryo transfer in patients with 792 cases, the alone use of assisted hatching group(A group) 242 cases, used alone Atosiban group(B group) 88 cases, the combined use of assisted hatching and Atosiban group(C group) in 125 cases, 337 cases of nonintervention group(D group), all incorporated into the study in patients with previous history of at least a failure of the implant transplantation cycles. On the four groups of patients age, infertility duration of infertility, type, cause of infertility, BMI, previous transplantation times, the endometrial thickness of transformation day, transplantation embryo number, good quality embryo number, clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy, multiple pregnancy rate, abortion rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and live birth rate. Results: A, B, C, D group of patients with age, duration of infertility, type of infertility, cause of infertility, BMI, previous transplantation times, the endometrial thickness of transformation day, transplantation embryo number, good quality embryo number had no significant difference(P > 0.05), A, B, C group compared with D group and the abortion rate of B group(2.5%) was significantly lower than that of D group(15.9%), with statistical significance(P < 0.05), biochemical pregnancy rate in C group(52%) was higher than that of group D(37.4%), abortion rate(4.6%) was significantly lower than that of D group(15.9%), with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Then the C group compared with A group and B group respectively. The abortion rate of C group(4.6%) was significantly lower than that of A group(17.3%), with statistical significance(P< 0.05). In Logistics analysis, the factors that may affect the clinical pregnancy rate in the frozen-thawed cycle of the previous implantation failure patients, no significant differences were found in the factors affecting the clinical pregnancy rate. Conclusion: During the frozen-thawed cycle to previous implantation failure patients using Atosiban effectively reduce abortion rate, combined with assisted hatching and Atosiban transplantation strategies can be significantly improved the biochemical pregnancy rate and reduce the abortion rate in previous implantation failure patients.
