Constructing And Improving Of Internal Control System Of S Hospital

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the process of population aging is accelerated,the masses of the people on the public medical service level put forward higher requirements.But the medical service level has not been greatly developed to meet the need of the people,so "the doctor is difficult,expensive medical treatment has been a major problem in the present society.In order to improve the level of medical and health services,successive governments of our country has been the prosperity of medical and health as an important work.,because the high level of health care cannot only satisfy the requirement of the public and improve the people’s quality of life,but also to promote China’s economic long -term development to lay a good foundation.In order to carry out this work,on the one hand,the government has continuously increased its investment in health care industry,On the other hand, the hospital also in positive has been introduced in the field of enterprise development maturity of the internal control theory to strengthen internal management, we found and solve the problems appeared in the process of their own development, improve the level of medical service in order to adapt to the development needs of the masses of the people.But at present our country public hospital internal control system construction in the primary stage of development, not only the hospital staff generally lack internal control management ideology, and the existing internal control system often has some drawbacks, internal control system design is also a lack of scientific, rational and coherent.This paper on the basis of the current internal control basic theory, combined with the specific characteristics of the daily business of the public hospitals in our country, put< administrative institutions internal control specification guidelines> and<medical institutions financial accounting internal control provisions (for Trial Implementation)> as a guide, in research of s Hospita.After the analysis of the existing internal control system, find out the internal control system in operation there are still problems and found prone to internal risk control link and according to these problems have to design a more reasonable internal control system.In addition, follow the implementation of continuous follow-up, collect the relevant data, to improve the internal control system, so that the internal control system to really penetrate into the hospital’s business process.This paper is divided into six parts, including:the first part describes the research background,research significance and describes the research purposes and research methods;The second part combines the characteristics of public hospitals in our country.
