| Objective: To study the effect of different loading amount of PCI in acute myocardial infarction in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Method : Selected from 2009 to 2010 February in my hospital department of Cardiology in our hospital in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction patients with 80 cases,were given direct PCI, according to admission clopidogrel loading dose and the use of tirofiban non class and no grouping was observed in all enrolled patients in the hospital during the period of the primary end point events(including recurrent angina, because of death, fatal and non fatal myocardial infarction and target vessel revascularization) and secondary endpoint events(serious and minor bleeding, severe thrombocytopenia and transfusion) and other adverse reactions occur, the loading dose of clopidogrel combined with emergency PCI on myocardial infarction curative effect. Results:1,With clopidogrel conventional loading dose(300mg) pre treatment compared to the more high loading dose of clopidogrel can more effectively inhibit platelet membrane surface expression of P selection), and the levels of sCD40 L, while reducing the follow-up period in the primary endpoint. 2, regardless of whether the joint use of tirofiban, 300 and 600 mg clopidogrel loading can be in after 24 hours treatment obviously decrease the plasma level of PDGF-BB, but this indicator in medication after the fifth day there rebounded significantly,after PCI give more high maintenance dose of clopidogrel(> 75 mg / D) may achieve better suppression of vcmc proliferation effect. Conclusion:Different loading amounts of PCI on the prognosis of myocardial infarction in patients with acute myocardial infarction. |
