The Curative Effect Observation Of Shallow Puncture Plus TDP Of Acute Idiopathic Facial Paralysis

Objective Through the different treatment to acute idiopathic facial palsy patients of shallow puncture plus TDP or conventional acupuncture plus TDP to observe curative effect of two kinds of treatment differences.Methods Using randomized way, Select the acute idiopathic facial palsy patients into two groups. One group of patients was treated with shallow puncture plus TDP and the other group was treated with conventional acupuncture plus TDP. The treatment was given once every other day to both groups. Continuous treatment for a month. When the course of treatment ended, count the statistics of the total effective rate and the cure rate of both groups respectively. Using SPSS software to analyze the data, compare the total effective and cure rate of the two groups.Results At the end of the course of a month there was no significant difference compared two groups of patients with total effective rate. But there are significant difference compared two groups of patients with cure rate. In the two groups after treatment in patients with FDI have significant difference, the shallow puncture plus TDP group improved significantly better than the conventional acupuncture plus TDP group.Conclusion In the acute phase of shallow puncture plus TDP treatment, efficacy significantly better compare with the conventional treatment group. So the curative effect of the shallow acupuncture in treatment of idiopathic facial palsy is better than another.
