| Objective: to analyze the Urumqi Han pregnant women dietary quality and its influencing factors of gestational diabetes, obese pregnant women diet and quality and non pregnancy gestational diabetes, obese pregnant women differences, to accumulate data for improvement of Han nationality in Urumqi City dietary and nutritional status of pregnant women. Methods: selected 2014 March to January 2015 to Urumqi maternal and child health hospital for production inspection, 2000 Han pregnant women as the research object, using the basic situation of the investigation method of the questionnaire to pregnant women’s age, occupation, cultural degree, economic conditions and pre pregnancy weight, with 24 hour dietary review questionnaire survey of pregnant women dietary intake, height and weight were measured and blood sugar indicators. Application of China diet balance index(Diet Balance Index, DBI) to evaluate the diet quality of the pregnant women and dietary patterns. And 2000 subjects suffering from pregnancy gestational diabetes 248 pregnant women and non pregnant pregnant women with diabetes mellitus dietary quality were compared, 633 overweight and obese pregnant women and non overweight and obese pregnant women dietary quality were compared. Results:among 2000 pregnant women, age range 16-44 years, mean age 23.72 ±5.57 years,pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were 248(12.4%), overweight and obese pregnant women 633(31.7%). Dietary quality:(1) the intake of 2000 pregnant women dietary nutrition intake, aquatic products, compliance rate is the lowest. Secondly,soy and nuts and milk, and grain intake standard rate is the highest. Pregnant women are dietary intake is insufficient, in the level of inadequate intake, and part of the low level intake is inadequate; dietary intake of pregnant women excess less, and were in a suitable range; dietary intake overall imbalance is a common phenomenon, low level of imbalance accounted for half.(2) group of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus body mass indexgreater than non GDM group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05); intake of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus group of grains, fruits were greater than nondiabetic pregnant women group of Cereals, fruit intake, intake of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus group, the average daily energy, fat and carbohydrates than non-diabetic group; group of pregnant women with diabetes mellitus DBI HBS and DBI-DQD higher than non pregnant women with diabetes mellitus group, the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05). The DBI_LBS of the diabetic pregnant women group was lower than that of the non diabetic pregnant women group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).(3) overweight and obese pregnant women in the daily diet of cereals food and meat intake higher than non overweight group and obese pregnant women, a statistically significant difference(P<0.05), and beans and nuts intake is less than non overweight group and obese pregnant women, difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). Overweight and obese pregnant women average daily energy, protein and fat intakes higher than non overweight group and obese pregnant women, but carbohydrate intake lower than non overweight and obese pregnant women group, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). The DBI_HBS and DBI_DQD of overweight and obesity group were higher than those in non diabetic group, but only DBI_DQD was statistically significant(P<0.05). Overweight and obesity group of pregnant women than non overweight and obese group of pregnant women, there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: the objects of this survey overall dietary quality is poor,many kinds of food intake were lower than pregnant women diet pagoda recommended amount, pregnant women are insufficient dietary intake of dietary intake overall imbalance is a common phenomenon. Overweight and obese women with gestational diabetes diet structure is irrational, the animal food intake is higher than that of plant food intake.Obese,pregnant women with gestational diabetes have more dietary intake, excessive intake of dietary and dietary imbalance. |
