| Objective: To compare the difference of Th1,Th2 and Th17 cell mainly produce cytokines of HPV16-positive cervical cancer in Han and Uyghur patients. Methods: We collected 191 blood samples(Han 74,Uyghur 117) of cervical carcinoma patients,the concentration of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL17 were measured by using Luminex assay,compare the difference of Han and Uyghur patients;then compare the HLA-DQB1 alleles difference of Han and Uyghur patients. Compare the difference between Han and Uyghur cervical cancer patients in different subgroups. Results:(1)The level of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL17 in Uyghur cervical cancer group are higher than that in Han cervical cancer group(P<0.05);(2)In â… ~â…¡ cervical cancer group,the level of IL-2,IL-4 Uyghur are higher than that in Han(P<0.05);In â…¢~â…£ cervical cancer group the level of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17 have difference between Han and Uyghur cervical cancer patients(P<0.05);(3)In Poorly differentiated,the level of IL-2 Uyghur are higher than that in Han(P<0.05);In middle to well differentiated,the level of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17 have difference between Han and Uyghur cervical cancer patients(P<0.05);(4)HLA-DQB1*02 and HLA-DQB1*03 have difference between Han and Uyghur cervical cancer patients;In HLA-DQB1*02 and HLA-DQB1*03 alleles cervical cancer group,the level of cytokine in Uyghur group are higher than that in Han group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)In the Uyghur group the cytokine concentration higher than Han group,these differences were more significant in â…¢~â…£staging and In middle to well differentiated.(2)Carrying HLA-DQB1*02,HLA-DQB1*03 have difference between Han and Uyghur cervical cancer patients,the level of cytokine in Uyghur group are higher than that in Han group. |
