| Objective: To investigate the expression of IL-17 RA in Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer, to analyze the expression and correlation of IL-17 RA and the relationship with prognosis. Methods: To collect 140 patients who had surgical resection and had with neither radiotherapy nor chemotherapy before operation. Envision Immunohisto-chemistry analysis was used to detect the expression of IL-17 RA in lung carcinoma tissues and surrounding tissues. Survival analysis of cancer tissue IL-17 RA expression with Kaplan-Meier. Results: The positive expressions of IL-17 RA were significantly higher than peri-tumor tissue(P<0.001). In the univariate analysis, the expression rate of IL-17 RA was statistically different with the pathological type T staging and pTNM staging(P<0.05). The Disease-free survival rate and Overall survival rate of patients was different between positive and negative IL-17 RA expression(P=0.041; P=0.032) in lung carcinoma tissues. The Disease-free survival rate and Overall survival rate of patients was different between pathological p TNM and tumor size with positive and negative IL-17 RA expression(P=0.041; P=0.032). Cox multivariate analysis showed that the expression level of IL-17 RA were independent prognostic factors(P=0.048, HR=1.592; P=0.03, HR=2.297). Conclusion: This study showed that the positive expression rates of IL-17 RA are significantly higher in intratumor than peritumoral area and the expression of IL-17 RA is positively. The expression of IL-17 RA in the primary tumor size and pathological staging was as well as increasing the diameter of the tumor staging an upward trend, showing that promote tumor progression of pathology. IL-17 RA expression of tumor tissue associated with poor prognosis, especially for the advanced and pTNM patients with lymph node metastasis in lung carcinoma. Positive expressions of IL-17 RA are both independent prognostic. |
