| Objective: To study associated single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) with 76 testicular germ cell tumors(TGCTs) patients and 148 healthy men in case-control,expect to find the risk SNPs of domestic TGCTs and provide new ideas for the further prediction,diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Selecting 37 SNPs from foreign genome-wide association study about TGCTs as candidate SNPs in this experiment. 76 TGCTs patients and 148 healthy men blood samples is genotyping in i MLDRTM. Data were analyzed with software GeneMapper4.1,Hardy-Weinberg genetic test and statistical analysis software(SPSS.20 Edition).Using non-conditional Logistic regression to calculate odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence intervals(CI).Results: The TGCTs risk in SPRY4 rs6897876,RFWD3 rs4888262 and MAD1L1 rs12699477 increased respectively to 4.056, 2.397 and4.071 multiple compared TT with CT. SPRY4 rs4324715 heterozygote CT is 1.267 times to homozygous CC in risk. ATF7 IP rs4617646 GT is 1.278 times to TT in risk. In SPRY4rs10463352, AA risk will increase to 3.394 times to AG. BAK1 rs210138 AA is 2.71 times to GG in risk, and TERT / CLPTM1 L rs4635969 GG was 3.392 times to AA. SPRY4rs4624820 AG is 1.576 times than GG in the TGCTs risk. In histological subtypes,ATF7 IP rs4617646 GT, GG with seminoma were 9.75 times and 4 times to TT. Han ethnic,BAK1(rs210138), ATF7IP(rs4617646), TERT-CLPTM1L(rs4635969) become TGCTs susceptibility gene and loci; Uygur,KITLG(rs995030, rs3782179, rs4474514, rs2046971,rs1472899), SPRY4( rs4624820, rs4324715, rs6897876), DMRT1(rs755383, rs7040024,rs10977187), CENPE(rs2720460) and HEATR3(rs8046148) increases TGCTs risk.Conclusion: 9 SNPs was statistically significant about chinese in the study, it is susceptibility genes and locis in Chinese TGCTs patients. |
