Background:the incidence of bloodstream infections is low, but the risk high characteristic, is one of the leading causes of death among patients, especially the catheter implantation technology is applied more and more in recent years, and a lot of unreasonable use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, blood flow rate in China is the main cause of rising year by year, at the same time, the drug resistance of isolated pathogens to clinical commonly used antibiotics increased year by year. In order to understand the risk factors of our bloodstream infections in time, the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, experience in the treatment of stage for clinicians to provide basis for more reasonable use of antibiotics, effective control of blood flow and improve the cure rate of infection, blood culture positive for over a decade our were retrospectively analyzed in this paper the results of bacterial distribution and their sensitivity to commonly used antibiotics, find the most effective treatment method, the most reasonable bloodstream infections of bloodstream infections in our hospital clinical doctors in diagnosis and treatment process of theoretical support. Objective:through the analysis of the past 10 years in patients with blood culture positive for pathogen distribution, infection and its status in the common pathogenic bacteria resistant, for can provide basis for rational use in the treatment of antibiotics, reduce the resistance of pathogenic bacteria. Results:2001-2010, our hospital each department makes blood culture specimens isolated bacteria, a total of 1920 strains. The gram-negative bacteria detected 954 strains(49.7%), gram positive bacteria detected 966 strains(50.3%). Gram-negative bacteria of 414 strains of e. coli, klebsiella pneumoniae, 228 strains(including 12 strains klebsiella acid bacteria(), sewer e. coli 66 strains, 48 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa, 30 strains of acinetobacter baumannii. Gram-negative bacilli in e. coli become our most pathogenic bacteria were isolated from blood culture positive specimens, including 168 strains of e. coli was broad spectrum detecting surplus beta lactamase(ESBLs), detection rate of 40.5%. 68 strains in 228 strains of pneumonia klebsiella bacteria detected ESBLs, detection rate of 29.8%. Not found beauty south and imide culture south drug-resistant strains, the two drugs of gram-negative bacilli sensitive rate is highest, the second of piperacillin/he ba jotham, amikacin, cefazolin he organism sensitivity is better(74.4% ~ 94.2%), resistance to other antibiotics were above 50%, and should be noticed by clinicians, careful experience in the treatment phase. 576 strains gram-positive bacteria detected in the CNS, did not check out their stead ning, vancomycin resistant strains of staphylococcus aureus 156 strains, including methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA), 57 share 66.7%, also without their stead ning, vancomycin resistant strains, 48 in enterococcus strains, 2.5% share, excrement enterococcus strains, 36 share of about 2% 0.5% share, beta hemolytic streptococcus, 10 cases. Didn’t find out the drug-resistant bacteria. 1920 strains isolated pathogenic bacteria in the bloodstream infections, primary infection mainly lung infection of pathogenic bacteria of 699 strains, the pathogenic bacteria of 448 strains of unknown primary infection, primary infection site mainly pathogenic bacteria of 108 strains of urinary tract infections. In primary lung infection of pathogenic bacteria of 699 strains, the main pathogenic bacteria were 162 strains by staphylococcus epidermidis and staphylococcus aureus 84 strains, 81 strains of e. coli, klebsiella pneumoniae 46 strains. Primary infection of unknown pathogenic bacteria of 448 strains, the major pathogenic bacteria were staphylococcus epidermis of 84 plants, 82 strains of e. coli, klebsiella pneumoniae 48 strains of staphylococcus aureus strains 47. Primary urinary system infection of the pathogenic bacteria of 108 strains, 85 strains of e. coli detected, share of 78.8%.Conclusion:(1) in the pathogen statistical Zhong Ge gram positive bacteria 50.3% to 49.7%, slightly more than the gram-negative bacteria both flat.(2) the highest proportion of gram-positive bacteria in the CNS, but cannot be ruled out pollution factors. Although not found to vancomycin resistant strains, but high detection rate of MRSA should still notice.(3) the gram-negative bacteria, enterobacteriaceae bacteria, highest share has e. coli and klebsiella pneumonia bacteria. Not found on carbon penicillium alkene antibiotic resistant strains, so penicillium carbon alkene experience when antibiotics are gram-negative bacteria infection drug of choice.(4) in patients with primary lung infection experience medicine can choose gram-positive bacterium drug resistance, in patients with primary urinary tract infection experience medicine can choose gram-negative bacteria drug resistance. In general, blood culture pathogens present diversity, timely grasp the region bacteria distribution and drug susceptibility of the current situation of making treatment experience, to guide clinical rational drug use and so on has very important value. Clinicians should be timely inspection blood culture, and more choose antimicrobial agents according to antimicrobial susceptibility test results, avoid the abuse of antibiotics.
