Medical Equipment Finance Lease Project Risk Management Research

This paper first introduces the background of the development of financial leasing industry, and medical industry, also based on the literatures on financial leasing, risk management and control theory to do a detailed combing, and present situation, to solve the problem of financing leasing industry medical equipment and cause analysis made; and then combined with the case in theory, mainly through the F leasing company to A hospital to do PET-MR equipment leasing project, feasibility analysis in advance to avoid credit risk, the risk identification and prevention and during and after the event, to carry on the concrete elaboration, and the project implementation process are summarized; finally put forward the risk control suggestions have practical significance for medical the equipment leasing industry. But this paper also has limitations, because of financial leasing in China is still a relatively new field of financial services, the authority of the data lack of market mechanism. So in that case analysis and comparative analysis, the relationship between the individual subject and the community is relatively poor, which will reduce the scientific conclusion; at the same time, the enterprise internal to the relevant information and data are strictly confidential, so the data will be relatively difficult to obtain, it will also lead to the results of the study has limitations, these all need to constantly review and improve the study and Practice for the future.
