| Objective: To compare the morphological and morphometric changes of tissue block for open surgery for testicular tissue biopsy and in situ testicular tissue, there was and wasn’t difference in the morphology of in situ testicular tissue and testicular tissue biopsy, analysis of the relationship between morphological and morphometric changes with the relationship between biopsy, to determine whether the testicular biopsies of human factors, to provide reference for the clinical observation of the pathological observation of testicular biopsy.Method: 8 adult male SD rats were used in the experiment, testicle for open surgical biopsy methods biopsy tissue, to remove the whole testis epididymis from the side of the testis, after fixation of take the testicular tissue block, dyeing after embedding section of the all tissue blocks, morphological and morphometric analysis were performed on all of them, the results of the analysis using SPSS 21 software for statistical, paired t test was used to compare the counting data, P<0.05 indicated that the difference was statistically significant. Results: In situ testicular seminiferous tubules of closely spaced, intraluminal no students fine cell mass protruding into the; open testicular biopsy of the seminiferous tubules arranged loosely, intraluminal have varying degrees of spermatogenic cell mass protruding into the, between Leydig cell volume fraction increases. Testicular biopsy group due to the release of testicular pressure caused by testicular tissue compression deformation, compared with the in situ testicular group, there is a significant difference, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Testicular biopsy was affected by human factors during the biopsy, and there was a significant difference in the in situ testicular tissue. |
