Clinical Analysis On Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Acompanied Hyperandrogenism By Bushenshugan Method Of Regulating Menstruation Cycles

According to 28 male patients are first diagnosis for PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) accompanied Hyperandrogenism by the Clinic of The First Affiliated Hospital Of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Give all of them to traditional Chinese medicine based on BuShenShuGan of menstrunos cycle method. Through out clinical observation,collect survey data of biomedica lindexes,explore the clinical effect and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Provide reference for individualized treatment and prevent the complication of diseases.This was a retrospective study chosen of 28 male women from April 2014 to April 2016 who have been diagnosed with PCOS accompanied Hyperandrogenism by the Clinic of The First Affiliated Hospital Of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese.we recorded the cases.Chinese herbal medicine BuShenShuGan of menstrunos cycle method was administrated for 6 months; and statistics was conducted on clinical indexes including age, menstrual cycle, hirsutism, acne, BMI and WHR, as well as laboratory indexes including 6 gonadal hormone indexes,3 androgen indexes, fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin. Finally, comparison was performed with indexes in the first diagnosis.Result:1.Observation of change in gonadal hormone level before and after the treatment revealed that T, FAI, AND, LH, LH/FSH after the treatment decreased.Markedly, Showing statistical significance; comparison of clinical signs before and after the treatment (P<0.05). DHEAS、SHBG、 FSH、E2、PRL had no significant change (P>0.05)2.Comparison of clinical signs before and after the treatment demonstrated that hirsutism and acne had obviously statistical significance (P>0.01),acanthosis nigricans, waist-hip ratio, BMI had no significant change (P>0.05)3.Observation of change in the menstrual cycle before and after the treatment revealed that had markedly statistical significance (P<0.01)5.Observation of B-mode ultrasonography before and after the treatment showed that the number of follicles and ovarian volume in unilateral ovary decreased, while no statistical significance was detected (P>0.05)6.Based on follow-up record, with the increase of menstrunos cycle, ovulation rate increased.Conclusion:Method of BuShenShuGan of menstrunos cycle is able to effectively reduce androgen level, improve menstrual cycle, regulate the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonad axis and the change of gonadal hormone, obviously reduce the number of follicles and ovarian volume in unilateral ovary and improve insulin resistance, hirsutism and acne, and increase ovulation rate, and thereby achieving the treatment goal for PCOS.
