Polyemia in modern medicine belongs to the high altitude polycythemia (HAPC)it is called "Polyemia","Cha Pei"、"Cha Pei Nai" and so on. Polyemia caused plateau type heart or pulmonary or brain diseases.such as plateau type edema、plateau type cardiopathy. It brought great trouble to the plateau area people’s health and life.Which still belongs to the hot spot at the medical workers of the world’s research.The Duo Xue Kang capsule come from the country of the old Tibetan medicine Cuo Ru-cai lang.It can be used for the treatment of HAPC,which caused by the balance disorders between Blood and "San Yin"("Chi Ba", "Long", "Pei Gen" and so on).It has definite clinical effect.In the early stage of the national Nature Science Foundation,from the level of cell and gene to clarify the molecular mechanism of Duo Xue Kang treated the HAPC;Combined with the serum pharmacochemistry to confirm the content of main constituents of Compound Duo Xue Kang Capsule.At present, Duo Xue Kang capsule was verified with oxygen resistance,but has not in-depth study at its antioxidant activity and quality standards.Objective:1. Carry out the evaluation and identification the anti-oxidation ability of Duo Xue Kang capsule;2. Improve the quality standard control study of Duo Xue Kang capsule.Methods:1. Accorded to "Chinese pharmacopoeia" 2010 of the traditional Chinese medicine quality standard requirements, completed the original medicines quality analysis of Duo Xue Kang capsule.2. Determined the Duo Xue Kang capsule and 4 original medicines’ anti-oxidant activity ability by DPPH reagent and spectrophotometry.3. Used the corilagin and gallic acid as the standard, identified the anti-oxidant content of organic acids in Duo Xue Kang capsule by TLC-bioautography technology.4. With HPLC method for determination of gallic acid, rhodioside, corilagin, isorhamnetin, quercetin, kaempferide six ingredient contents in Duo Xue Kang capsule.Results:1. Chose the Rhodiola crenulata (Hook.f.et Thoms.)H.Ohba, Phyllanthus emblica L., H. rhamnoides L. subsp.sinensis Rousi., Zingiber offcinale Rose. Preparation to prepared the Duo Xue Kang capsule contents, all original medicines conformed to the requirements of the pharmacopoeia quality standards.2. Different batches of Duo Xue Kang capsule has certain anti-oxidant effect,5 batches has no significant differences in anti-oxidant capacity. Phyllanthus emblica has stronger antioxidant capacity than other three kinds of original medicines.3. Used TCL-bioautography identification method, identified and evaluated the compound Duo Xue Kang’s anti-oxidant components of organic acids in gallic acid, corilagin.4. The good separation of three ingredients gallic acid, rhodioside,corilagin,were achieved within 65min, the isorhamnetin, quercetin, kaempferide were achieved within 50min. Calibration curves of the six effective components showed good linear relationship(r≥0.9997). The average recovery were within 99.06%~101.68%, RSD value were within0.69%~1.73%. Five batches of Duo Xue Kang capsule contents respectively in the gallic acid content of 1.4339%~ 1.7287% and 0.4660%~0.5695% rhodioside,corilagin 0.2343%~0.3329%,0.0200% ~0.0273% of quercetin, kaempferide 0.0878%~0.1257%, the isorhamnetin at 0.0243%~0.0302%.Conclusion:l.Duo Xue Kang capsule has certain antioxidant activity ability, gallic acid, corilagin as the active components of antioxidant activity.2. More components for determining the contents of Duo Xue Kang, can improve the quality control research of Duo Xue Kang capsule.
