Objective:This research takes glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis as the object of the study, adopting the method of Randomized Controlled Trials(RCT),observing and evaluating the effect of milli-fire needle acupuncture in treating hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods:64patients with hormone dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups, each of 32 cases. The treatment group was treated with milli-fire needle acupuncture, the control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Observe and record the clinical symptom scores before and after each course of therapy, and statistical analysis was carried out on the two groups to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the therapy. Results:After the treatment, two groups of patients with the clinical symptom scores and total score are falling before the treatment, the treatment group in improving patient itching, capillary expansion is better than the control group (P<0.05), to improve the symptoms of patients with facial discomfort and swelling scores is slower than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05), and in improving patients with lupus, acne skin lesion score differences between the two groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05); Treatment group effective rate was 80.00%, the control group 86.67%, the control group is higher than the treatment group, but there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Follow-up, the two groups in improving patients’facial discomfort, erythema, acne skin lesion score had no statistical difference (P>0.05); Improving patient itchy and capillary expansion score have statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group was superior to control group; Two groups of patients with swelling of the integral differences between the two groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05), the control group is better than the treatment group; The total effective rate was 86.67%, while the control group was 83.33%, there was no statistically significant difference of two group (P>0.05). Two groups of bounce rate, incidence of adverse reactions to compare all have significant difference (P<0.05),the treatment group is lower than the control group. Conclusion:Two groups are effective exactly for hormone-dependent facial dermatitis, tacrolimus ointment especially to improve the symptoms of patients with facial discomfort and swelling effect fast, curative effect is obvious; The effect of improved milli-fire needle acupuncture is slower than tacrolimus ointment, and early treatment are not rule out the possibility of skin lesions, but observe the long-term curative effect is good, significantly improve patients’ subjective symptom scores, objective symptom scores and total score, rebound rate and adverse reaction rate were significantly lower than tacrolimus ointment; Improved fire cost is cheap, simple operation, suitable for primary hospitals. |
