| Objective:Analysis cardiovascular disease morbidity situation, distribution characteristics and related factors of coal mine workers in shandong province, to provide data support for effective prevention and control plan. Methods:Selected 1052 case coal mine workers as the respondents, given questionnaire survey.2.Questionnaire content mainly includes:gender, age, education, marital status, smoking, drinking, eating, sleeping, family history of high blood pressure, work in the type of work, life, physical examination, medical history information, etc.3, Application of the Chinese people 10 years come on ischemic cardiovascular disease risk assessment form for 35 to 60 years old who did not have cardiovascular disease of mine workers surveyed in the next 10 years conduct the risk assessment of coronary heart disease and ischemic stroke events.4, Application SPSS 17.0 statistical software to analyzed data from medicine, measurement data with that (plus or minus S), using t test, the rate of comparison used chi-square test, the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis was used to P< 0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.1052 questionnaires, this study recovered 985, recovery was 94.58%, of which 969 valid questionnaires, effective rate was 92.11%, with 232 cases suffering from cerebrovascular disease, a total of (23.94), cardiovascular disease,89 cases (9.18%), 45 cases (4.64%), stroke hypertension 219 cases (22.6%).2.Age,downhole working years, smoking, drinking alcohol, poor diet, family history of high blood pressure, is engaged in the work, a medical condition, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, BMI, and sleep quality is a key factor affecting the incidence of coronary heart disease (P<0.05).3.Age, downhole working years, smoking, drinking alcohol, poor diet, family history of high blood pressure, is engaged in the work, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and BMI is a key factor affecting the incidence of stroke (P< 0.05).4.Age, downhole working years, smoking, drinking alcohol, poor diet, family history of high blood pressure, is engaged in the work, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and BMI is a key factor affecting the incidence of hypertension (P<0.05).5.Different age paragraph mine workers the awareness, treatment, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar success rate comparison difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), the higher the age the awareness, treatment, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar the higher success rate, hypertension awareness, treatment, success rate is higher than high blood sugar and blood fat.6.25-40,41-50,51-60 age group, the mine workers exposed to MAP, TC, LDL-C, TG, GLU levels were higher than in workers, the difference was statistically significant non-mine (P<0.05), downhole coal mine workers were significantly higher than average risk of non-coal miners underground operations, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).7.Different ages different coal miners ICVD cardiovascular disease incidence risk distribution comparison difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), medium and high risk constitute the higher than, different age paragraph the average risk comparative difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05), significantly better than 51 to 60 ages 30 to 40 and 41 to 50 ages,41 to 50 age above 30-40 ages. Conclusion:The incidence of cardiovascular disease was 23.94% of coal mine workers in Shandong province, coronary heart disease, stroke, hypertension incidence of 9.18%, 4.64% and 22.6%. respectively, with a higher level.2.Age, downhole working years, smoking, drinking alcohol, poor diet, family history of high blood pressure, is engaged in the work, a medical condition, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, BMI is affecting coal mine workers, the incidence of coronary heart disease, stroke and high blood pressure, the key factors. Sleep quality is the key factor that affect coal mine workers, the incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD).3.Coal mine workers, along with the age increased the incidence of hypertension, hyperlipidemia. hyperglycemia, increased awareness of hypertension awareness, treatment, success rate is higher than high blood sugar and cholesterol.4.The mine workers exposed to risk factors of cardiovascular disease than non-workers to go down, the average risk of non-mine coal miners go down significantly higher than the non-coal mine workers.5.Coal mine workers in the next decade risk of cardiovascular disease is increased along with the age growth, the high risk population distribution in proportion, the average highest risk with 51-60 years of age. |
