| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic therapy for gastric mesenchymal tumors and provid clinical evidence for gastric mesenchymal tumors of the minimally invastive treatment.Methods:29 clinical data with GMT were retrospective summarized and analyzed in October 2012--April 2014 in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, which was divided into 2 groups:lapsroscopy group and open resection group. There were 15 patients performed laparoscoptic resetion,14 patients were treated by open resection.Evaluationg indicator included operation time, the intraoperative blood loss, the ex-haust time in the operation. Results:The operation time in the laparoscopy group was(79.8±21.2)min,the operation time in the open resection group was(156.1±65.4)min,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The blood loss in the laparoscopy group was(15.5±19)mL, significantly less that in the open resection group(119.0±415)mL(P<0.05).The exhaust time and the length of hospital stay after the operation in the laparoscopy group were(3.0±1)d and(8.0±4)d respectively, significantly shorter than those in the open resection group(4.0±2)d and(11.0±5)d(P<0.05).Folow up the observation for 12(3-24)months,no recurrence or metastasis was detected. Conclusion: Laparoscopic resection of gastric mesenchymal tumors can be performed safely and should be the first choice for GMT. |
