Gestational hypertension as a special disease of women in pregnancy, for pregnant women, the body has different degrees of damage, also effected fetal growth and pregnancy outcome, which bring serious damage to pregnant women and fetuses’ health and life safety。 Purpose:This paper explored the factors that affected the onset of gestational hypertension, in order to provide useful data support for primary maternal and child health institution at early detection 、early diagnosis and active prevention and cure of gestational hypertension, and then reduced the economic burden of pregnant women. At the same time, achieved the purpose of ensuring maternal and child health and safety, Methods:Selecting the 1000 respondents come from Qiqihar Jinghua Hospital Maternity ward from January 2013 to December 2013, respondents were divided into the observation group 113 cases and the control group 887 cases according to whether suffering from gestational hypertension. we accessed to medical records through the hospital His system, then the possible risk factors of gestational hypertensionwere analyzed retrospectively by single factor and multi factor Logistic analysis. Results:1.The average age of 113 patients with hypertension was 31.31±7.05 years old, it was significantly higher than those in the control group 27.34±4.58 years(P<0.001). There was a high proportion of unemployed(37.17%) and individual operator(28.32%) in gestational hypertension, occupation had a effect on the occurrence of gestational hypertension(P<0.001). Patient with gestational hypertension were significantly lower than that of the control group at degree of education.2. The average weight of 113 patients with hypertension was61.33±9.88 Kg, it were significantly higher than those in the control group 58.07±7.18 Kg.3.Pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were first pregnancy were only accounted for 23.01%,it was significantly lower than the control group 68.43%; Pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were pregnant over 2 times was significantly higher than that in control group. In the observation group, the proportion of the 1 births was 53.98%, which was significantly lower than the control group92.45%(P<0.001), parity had a effect on the occurrence of gestational hypertension.4.The proportion of abnormal liver function in the observation group(25.66%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(1.47%)(P<0.001), it indicated that the condition of partial gestational hypertension has affected the liver function of the patients. The proportion of abnormal renal function in the observation group(23.01%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(0.9%)(P<0.001), it indicated that the condition of partial gestational hypertension has affected the renal function of the patients.5.The proportion of abnormal blood fat in the observation group(23.01%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(11.05%)(P<0.001), blood fat had a effect on the occurrence of gestational hypertension.6.The proportion of abnormal routine blood test in the observation group(40.71%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(10.61%)(P<0.001), it indicated that the condition of partial gestational hypertension has affected the routine blood test of the patients. There was significant differences in bleeding time between observation group and the control group, the proportion of abnormal bleeding time in the observation group(29.20%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.97%)(P<0.001), bleeding time had a effect on the occurrence of gestational hypertension.7.The proportion of family history of hypertension(30.97%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(1.47%)(P<0.001), whether there was a family history of hypertension had a effect on the occurrence of gestational hypertension.8. The proportion of the regular pre-natal examination(43.36%) in the observation was significantly less than that of the control group(92.33%)(P<0.001). whether there was regular pre-natal examination had a effect on the occurrence of gestational hypertension.9.Multiple factors analysis of the incidence of gestational hypertension found that: occupation, age, liver function, renal function, blood routine, coagulation time, family history of hypertension, production inspection 8 factors has associated with the occurrence of gestational hypertension, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), Conclusion:1.Older pregnant women was more prone to induced gestational hypertension.2.Pregnant women with high body weight were likely to have gestational hypertension3.Multiple factors analysis of the incidence of gestational hypertension found that: occupation, age, liver family history of hypertension, without regular pre-natal examinationfour factors has associated with the occurrence of gestational hypertension,We could thought that it had a effect on the incidence of gestational hypertension.4.Abnormal liver function, abnormal renal dysfunction, abnormal blood routine, blood coagulation time abnormal were the accompanying factors of gestational hypertension.5.Regularly and comprehensiveof pre-natal examination, early detection of high-risk groups, in a timely manner to eliminate risk factors, and the increase of appropriate care during pregnancy, could improve the quality of perinatal survival and maternal health was important.
