Advance In Local Anti-Rejection Treatment Of Corneal Transplantation Research

Graft rejection is the most important reason for corneal graft failure. Local anti-rejection treatment after corneal transplantation has huge development potential resulting from its lower dosage, high local concentration, and less side effects. This paper mainly reviewed the researches of topical drugs administrated to corneal transplantation in recent years, analyses these drugs mechanism of action, and evaluates their efficacy and safety, to explore the development direction of local anti-rejection treatment.
