The main reason is that the medical care and elderly care endowment institutions which are dominated by the government couldn’t combine well the medical and care, and their service modes lack of innovation, their service level and service quality is also not high, they didn’t set up a complete medical and care service system, so their service couldn’t truly meet the demand of the elderly, and can’t bring the elderly a high-quality and targeted medical and care services.To solve those problems, this paper puts forward that change the dominance of the government, the medical and care endowment institution should take the path of market operation.This paper takes K large medical and care community as the research object, perform a deep field trip on it, to research it’s marketing operation mode and results, then combined with a large number of literature demonstrates to demonstrate the advantages of market operation.And concluded that the marketing operation can fully mobilize all social forces to participate in the investment and construction of medical and care endowment mode, it can also be a better solution of the contradictionbetween supply and demand of Chinese current pension providing, and it is a very effective way to collocate the medical and care resources, it can reduce the government’s financial burden. This article also points out that comply with the laws of market to operate and manage a medical and care endowment institutions, can realize the organic combination of medical and care resources, can truly satisfy the popular medical and care demand of elders.But the market opration of medical and care endowment is exploring,so this paper also puts forward some development proposals about it.
