Objective:By acute coronary syndrome serum cystatin C, measured lipoprotein(a), plasma D- dimer analyzed with acute coronary syndrome related to development and to explore its acute coronary syndrome diagnosis, treatment and prognosis significance.Method:The subjects were selected in September 2013--- September 2015 visit to Jilin University Sino-Japanese Friendship Hospital, Department of Cardiology, based on clinical manifestations, ECG, myocardial enzymes and coronary angiography in the diagnosis of patients with acute coronary syndrome in 96 cases, and divided into three groups,Acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) group, 34 patients, including 20 males and 14 females, mean age 59.2 ± 11.2 years, with acute non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)30 patients were male and 15 15 women, mean age 64.0 ± 10.1 years, unstable angina pectoris(UAP) group of 32 patients, including 21 males and 11 females, mean age 57.6 ± 11.3 years, and the other to select normal coronary angiography in 96 cases, 52 male, 44 female, mean age62.2 ± 11.1 as a control group. Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for data analysis. Measurement data with the mean and standard deviation(x ± s), said in line with normal or near normal, more groups were compared using ANOVA, SNK test was used to compare the group does not comply with normal or near normal, multiple groups were compared using Kruskal Wallis test; count variable percentage or a percentage, using inter-chi-square test group; Pearson correlation or Spearman rank correlation analysis Cys C, Lp(a), DD and Gensini score in; to coronary artery stenosis Gensini score as the dependent variable, the groups Cys C, Lp(a), DD, age, sex, smoking history, hypertension, diabetes is the independent variable multiple linear regression analysis to P <0.05 for the difference significant.Exclusion criteria: NYHY grade III-IV grade, acute heart failure, hypertensive crisis, aortic disease, atrial fibrillation, connective tissue disease, cancer, chronic infection, stroke, central nervous system disorders, liver dysfunction, severe renal dysfunction[e GFR 60 m L /(min1.73 m2)],coagulation disorders, a history of thrombosis, thrombolytic therapy, Stent restenosis after intervention.Results:1. The control group with STEMI, NSTEMI group, Cys C, Lp(a),DD level, Gensini integral difference between the groups UA group was statistically significant, P <0.01;2. The control group and a group of lesions, two lesions, threelesions in each group Cys C, Lp(a), DD, Gensini integral comparison result was statistically significant, with Cys C, Lp(a), DD, Gensini integration increases, the number of diseased coronary branches also increases.3. Application of bivariate Pearson correlation or Spearman rank correlation analysis severity of coronary artery Gensini score positively correlated with plasma Cys C, Lp(a), DD level was(r = 0.811, P <0.001),(r = 0.775, P <0.001);(r = 0.487, P <0.001), and Cys C was positively correlated.4. coronary stenosis Gensini score as the dependent variable, the groups Cys C, Lp(a), DD, age, sex, smoking history, hypertension, diabetes as independent variables row multiple linear regression analysis showed that Cys C, Lp(a), DD is a risk factor for ACS severity.Conclusion:1. Cys C, Lp(a), DD in the peripheral blood of patients with acute coronary syndrome were significantly increased.2. Cys C, Lp(a), DD as acute coronary disease severity predictor syndrome.
