| Objective:To observe the Jianpi yiqi shexue method for chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia (CITP) whose gas can not take blood type of the patient’s clinical curative effect, and the expression of peripheral blood T cell subsets in the influence of spleen deficiency syndrome and,to discuss the relationship between the piqi deficiency and CITP, then to study the method of Jianpi yiqi shexue method for treating CITP mechanism further.Methods:Selecting 30 patients from 2015 to 2016 in Heilongjiang Province University first affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine professor Feng Sun clinic with evidence of the gas not taken blood type CITP, as treatment group, giving oral spleen of Jianpi yiqi treatment, to observe and record the platelet count before and after treatment in patients into groups, and its TCM syndrome integral, bleeding and the change of T cell subset.Results:1.The total response rate of western medicine clinical is 73.33%, the treatment group before and after the treatment of bleeding platelet count up to fair but get improved obviously with significant difference (P< 0.05); 2.TCM syndrome integral total response rate was 86.66%, the treatment group before and after treatment reveal significant difference (P< 0.05); 3. The treatment group before and after treatment in patients with the expression of T cells in peripheral blood compared with normal control group, the results show significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:1. Jianpi yiqi shexue method for the treatment of chronic purpura can obviously improve the patients’clinical symptoms and bleeding,and improve the platelet count of peripheral blood.2.Jianpi yiqi shexue method adjusted the number of T cells and its ratio, thus to achieve the purpose of regulating the immune status. |
