Background Colorectal cancer liver metastasis rate is high, the liver is the most common distant metastasis of colorectal cancer, in the natural progression of colorectal cancer, about 50% of patients may appear liver metastasis, therefore, the implementation of adjuvant chemotherapy is necessary. Treatment of liver metastasis by interventional therapy, the effect is satisfactory. The results of CT (DSA) and interventional therapy are more and more focused on single DSA imaging. With the development of interventional imaging devices, interventional imaging devices are equipped with a variety of imaging features, such as 3D imaging and C scan. Through the review of the literature, is currently involved in a single cancer of different pathological types of liver metastasis tumor of DSA 3D imaging manifestation and C C-arm CT scanning image has not been reported. We analyzed the CT images and C scan images of patients with colorectal cancer with different pathological types, and observed that those patients with liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma were suitable for interventional embolization, which was only suitable for interventional chemotherapy. Objective Evaluation of digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and 3D imaging and C-arm CT scanning in different pathological types of knot colorectal liver metastases interventional treatment in the imaging features were performed perfusion chemotherapy of 5-FU, oxaliplatin and thermo lipiodol emulsified underwent TACE and the curative effect were followed up and summarize.Methods1. the 150th Central Hospital of PLA in the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis 43 cases, male 28 cases, female 15 cases, aged 31-68 years old, average age of 49.5 years, including 10 cases of rectum, sigmoid colon in 9 cases, descending colon in 13 cases, transverse ascending and 11 cases of the appendix. Among the 43 cases, 8 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma,1 cases of undifferentiated carcinoma,33 cases of adenocarcinoma,1 cases of adenocarcinoma.2. Analysis of 43 cases of colorectal liver metastases using digital subtraction angiography (DSA) system, in transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for conventional DSA and 3D imaging and C arm CT scanning and compared in different pathological types of colorectal cancer Interventional Treatment in different image feature. According to the DSA and 3D imaging showed metastatic tumor blood supply, the rich blood supply and lack of blood for the selection of different types of catheters (rich blood supply 5.0F hepatic duct, the lack of blood for selection 2.7F microcatheter) super selective to tumor feeding arteries near one of the tumor by arterial chemoembolization.3.43 cases of colorectal liver metastases were 5-FU chemotherapy, oxaliplatin and thermo lipiodol emulsified in TACE after, postoperative C-arm CT, according to the distribution of metastases, tumor type, tumor diameter, evaluation of different pathological types of colorectal cancer with hepatic metastasis after TACE of patients with clinical curative effect.Results1.43 patients underwent 3D imaging, especially in the diagnosis of tumor with complex vascular anatomy. It is easy to diagnose the tumor with complex vascular anatomy, and it has a high degree of contrast and low distortion rate of DSA imaging.2. In tumor blood supply,43 patients underwent conventional DSA and 3D examination, 148 patients with liver metastasis were found, among them, the tumor was 97, and the average diameter of the lesions was 33.9mm. Blood supply of 17 cases, accounting for 39.5%, the lack of blood for 26 cases accounted for 60.5%.3. After interventional therapy, all patients with clinical symptoms and related laboratory examination indexes of patients with metastatic tumor had different degrees of reduction, and no serious complications related to operation were found. The survival rate was 96.5%, 73.5%,43.2%,2,1,,.Conclusions1.3D imaging and C arm CT can play a unique advantage in the treatment of colorectal cancer liver metastasis, and it is easy to diagnose the tumor and the tumor with complex vascular anatomy, which has a high degree of contrast and distortion, and has a good effect on the treatment.2. for the transfer of liver cancer can not be operated, according to the different characteristics of different blood supply to choose appropriate treatment, can achieve better clinical therapeutic effect.3 hot lipiodol emulsified with oxaliplatin embolization for colorectal liver metastases is safe and effective.
