| According to the world health organization(WHO), about 1.2 million people died in traffic accidents each year and 50 million people died for road traffic accident.China has the largest death tolls in traffic accident.Though many reasons are possible, severe injuries failed to get timely and effective treatment is one of the main factors lead to high mortality.How to shorten the rescue time effectively is a difficult problem.Establishing a real-time assessment model for assessing the injury of driver and passengers by development of an automatic call system With functions of poinsitioning and contains information about accident is necessary.If corresponding rescue plans started according to the real-time assessment, the rescue would improved Significantly for the efficiently arrangement of rescue resources and time shorten.Timely acquiring information of accident and real-time assessment of damage are two key techniques in this area.The technologies such as GPS(Global Position System), EDR(Event data recorder) make it possible to obtain timely information.But it is extremly difficult to establish the real-time assessment model for assessing the injury.To Verify the feasibility of the idea,we conducted the study about treatments and rescues of the wounded in typical road trafical accident by integrating detailed investigations and analysis.Some real traffic accident cases were selected,and NISS(News Injury Severity Score) was used to assessment the injury severity after collecting all informations of the accident.collecting materials of the pre-hospital care,the following diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and outcome data. Computer simulation system reproduced the accident process and predicted the possible injure of the wounded by the details from the on-board EDR and the traces of vehicle deformation, human body injury and other relevant information.Based on it,using expert system effectively mobilize rescue resources, GPS can let the ambulance rushed to the scene of the accident to save about 20% of the time.Predictions of injury through computer can make emergency center provide timely treatment within 1 gold hour after injuries by special equipments and professional medical staff. So it can improve the survival rate by guiding aappropriate resources in 120 ambulance but not waste.Innovation point of this research is the feasibility were verified that predict the wounded conditions through real-time damage model if vehicle accident informationobtained in time by deep investigations and analysis combined with EDR data, accident rescue, treatment and other related information.then the rescue time can be effectively shorten and the effect of rescue can be improved.Directive parameter for Emergency system in this study is not just a set of aboratory data, but with real accident injury characteristics hence can be referenced to the establish the rescue centre, rescue expert system and develop the guidance of the timely rescue work. |
