Since 1990s, with the rapid development of economy, science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, our nation continues to establish and perfect the medical security system, expand the coverage of medical services, and focus on solving the difficulty and high cost of getting medical treatment. In addition, the phenomena, such as the diversity of people’s medical demand, are increasingly emerging. A great number of factors make the hospital, the medical service provider, faced with unprecedented challenges and difficulties. Facing the pressure and challenge from all sides, if hospitals would like to gain a place in the fierce competition, the crucial factor of creating better performance is the innovation and development of hospital management mode, in particular, to improve, optimize and even recycle the process of medical treatment in order to establish hospital service operation mechanism, which is patient-oriented, high efficiency, compact, high quality and combining the social and economic benefits.At present, the auxiliary examination process with "Multi-stop" mode in our nation is widely used, which not only increases the number of going to the hospital and wastes a lot of round-trip time and waiting time, but also, to some extent, intensifies the mood of patients with disgust and gives rise to the grievances of the doctor-patient contradiction. Meanwhile, the research on the process reengineering of auxiliary examination is mainly concentrated on the outpatient or inpatient of the general hospital, but lack of the research on the combination of outpatient and inpatient in the specialized hospitals.Therefore, in my paper, firstly, I take the Yunnan tumor specialized hospital as an example, with the interview and observation, discussing the main problems existing in the reservation of medical auxiliary examination. Secondly, analyze the existing problems in the aspects of the understanding, information communication and process technology. Finally, build an effective, reasonable and one-stop reservation service system of medical auxiliary examination,by grasping the six key elements, following the principle of process reengineering and improving the management, business technology, information resources evaluation and other cooperation systems,...
