| Objects:To observe the effect of ripterygium glycosides on the gonad and ovary of female mice;To study the protective mechanism of impaired ovarian function caused by ripterygium glycosides by triptorelin\liuzifang;To find an effective application to protect the ovarian function when using ripterygium glycosides.Method:Select 40 subjects under normalestrous cycle, and randomly divided them into 4 groups, each group with 10 subjects.Group A, reference group:intragastric administration with 0.35ml of saline daily. One dose per day, and for 11 weeks.Group B, ripterygium glycosides group:using 0.35ml of ripterygium glycosides to intragastric administration since the 8th day, one dose per day, and for 10 weeks.Group C, intragastric administration+ triptorelin group:Subcutaneous injection of triptorelin 0.1mg/kg per day, one dose per day, and for 11 weeks; using 0.35ml of ripterygium glycosides to intragastric administration since the 8th day, one dose per day, and for 10 weeks.Group D, intragastric administration +liiuzifang group:using 0.35ml of ripterygium glycosides to intragastric administration on 7 am since the 8th day; using 0.35ml solution of liiuzifang to intragastric administration on 7 pm, one dose per day, and for 10 weeks.All group will be executed in tenth week.By testing the AMHã€FSHã€LHã€E2, the ovarian index can be obtained, and the ovarian tissue morphology can be observed. The best programme can be chosen.Result:Using triptorelin and ripterygium glycosides, mice action sensitive; weight gain; FSH, LH reduced, AMH, E2 increased; follicles and mature follicles in ovarian increased. The mice ware generally good after using the liuzifang, LH and FSH increased, the serum levels of AMH and E2 increased.Conclusion:1.Ripterygium glycosides can harm the gonad and ovary of female mice; 2. Triptorelin aã€liuzifang can protective mechanism of impaired ovarian function caused by ripterygium glycosides. |
