| Objective420nm IPL is effective in treatment of inflammatory acne.1320Nd:YAG is previously used in rapy and lift operation,but in its clinical application,we found it is also effective in inflammatory acne,the purpose of the study is to evaluate the 1320Nd:YAG therapeutic effect in acne in the comparison of 420nm IPL, provide appropriate choice for clinical.MethodA series of 30 patients of facial moderately to severe acne are all from the the second affiliated hospital of zhejiang university outpatient during the time of June 2013 to June 2014.Patients are divide into 1320nm Nd:YAG group (n=15)and 420nm IPL groups(n=15),each has 15 patients.Patients received 420nm’s laser fluence is 8-11J/cm2, eight laser treatments were performed at lweek intervals.1320nmNd:YAG laser delivered fluence is 9-11 J/cm2, eight laser treatments were performed at 10-day intervals.Photograph was taken before every treatment,compare the photographs to evaluate the curative effect.ResultsPatients of 420nm IPL effective rate is 60%,no one is cure,l has significant effect,8 has improvement,and 5 have no effect.and patients of 1320nm Nd:YAG effective rate is 93.3%,1 is cure,6 has significant effect,9 has improvement,and lhas on effect.420nm IPL is faster.But 1320nm Nd:YAG make patients feel less oiled.Conclusions1320nm Nd:YAG have an advantage over 420nm IPL in treating moderately to severe inflammatory acne,and also has the effect in oil-control. |
