| Objective:Through the investigations of the the stat us of ovarian reserve function and bone mineral density of the fe male staff under 40 years old in a Third-level grade-A hospital in Daqing city, grasp the ovarian reserve function of the population decline and premature ovarian failure detec tion and related influence factors,grasp the osteopenia and the incidence of osteoporosis and the rela ted factors af fecting the detection and related factors. To provide scientific basis for the intervention strategies to improve the health level of health care workers.Methods:Select a Third-level grade-A hospital in Daqin g City, Heilongjiang Province as the investigation site. The fe male staffs under 40 years old are regarded as the investigation objects. The information of health examination is transferred from the Medical Center and the information of demographic characteristics is transferred from the Human Resources Departm ent. Then import data into EXCEL to es tablish database, and screen the crowd of DOR(the decline of ovarian reserve f unction) and PDF(premature ovarian failure), the crowd whose has got osteopenia and the crow d who has osteoporosis. And then S PSS 20.0 soft ware will be appl ied for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 619 fe male staff under 40 who work i n a Third-level grade-A hospital in Daqing City is investigated. They are 21 ~39 years old. And their average age is 32.14±4.69.86 of them have got ovarian reserve func tion decline. It’s the total nu mber of 13.9%. 12 of them have got premature ovarian failure. It’s the total number of 1.9%. The number of these female staff who has got osteopenia has reduced is 1 15. It’s the total number of 18.6%. 6 of them have osteoporosis. It’s the total number of 1.0%. Distribution of other diseases: O verweight is accounted for 21.3%. Obesity is accounted for 2.4%.Hypertension is accounted for 4.5%. Hyper glycemia is accounted for 1.1%.Hyperlipoidemia is accounted for 13.6%. Anemia is accounted for 6.6%.The investigation am ong different demographic characteristics, in th e female staff of different ages, there is s tatistical significance about the detection rate of th e decline of ovarian reserve f unction and premature ovarian failure. There is statistical significance about the detection rate of the osteopenia and osteoporosis.(P<0.05) Along with the increasing ages, the detection rate of the decline of ovarian reserve function and prem ature ovarian failure is increasing. The detection rate of the osteopenia and osteoporosis is increasing. Os teopenia and osteoporosis detection rate in the f emale staff of different academic titles are s tatistically significant(P<0.05).Along with the promotion of academic title, the detection rate of the osteopenia and osteoporosis is also increasing.In the investigation of different diseases, whether suf fer from five kinds of diseases such as overweight and obesity, hypertension, hyper glycemia, hyperlipoidemia and Anem ia, the detection rate of prem ature ovarian failure and ovarian reserve function decline b ear no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).If suffer from three kinds of dis eases such as overweight and obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, the detection ra te of the osteopenia and osteoporosis will be higher than ordinary people(P<0.05).The correlation analyses for the ovarian reserve function and bone m ineral density of the investigation objects, there are also significant differences.The results show that the m ain influence on the decrease in ovarian reserve function and premature ovarian failure is age and position. When these fe males grow older, the d ecline of ovarian reserv e function and prem ature ovarian failure occur frequently. The rate of decr ease in ovarian reserve function and of the incidence of premature ovarian failure is higher in t hose technical, adm inistrative and logistics groups than in the m edical and nursing group. The m ain influence on the osteopenia and osteoporosis is th e academic title, hyper glycemia and the decreas e in ovarian reserve function and prem ature ovarian failure. Comparison between those with the intermediate and above academic titles and those with below-intermediate titles shows that the higher the inciden ce rate of osteopenia and os teoporosis,those of ovarian reserve function decline and pr emature ovarian failure bear the higher in cidence rate of osteopenia and osteoporosis than those of no ovarian reserve function decline and premature ovarian failure.Conclusions:The problem about reproduction and bones of the female staff under 40 years old in a hospital in Daqing is obvious. The de tection rate of the decrease in ovarian reserve function, premature ovarian failure, osteopenia and osteoporosis is increasing. The results show that th e main influence on the decrease in ova rian reserve function and premature ovarian failure is age and position. Ovarian reserve associated with bone mineral density,those of ovarian reserve function decline and premature ovarian failure bear the higher incidence rate of os teopenia and osteoporosis than those of no ovarian reserve function decline and premature ovarian failure. |
