| Objective:To investigate the effect of OSAHS treatment in patients with subjective evaluation of expansion nasal surgerytreatment.Methods:Retrospective in February 2014 to July 2014, a clear diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom and expansion nasal surgerytreatment of forty-eight patients, improve the nasal resistance,acoustic rhinometry and Epworth sleepiness scale score, and the monitoring in six months follow-up.Results:Nasal resistance, acoustic rhinometry and Epworth sleepiness scale by the SPSS statistical analysis, and compared with the normal group, the hint of adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome, after treatment with surgery, Sleepiness, nasal obstruction and other subjective and objective airway ventilation significantly improved compared with preoperative Conclusion:expansion nasal surgery for adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrom has significant curative effect. |
