The relationship of resting heart rate and blood pressure has attracted much attention. Research both at home and abroad has been suggested that resting heart rate and blood pressure are closely related. The increasing of heart rate has been proved to be a bad effect on the morbidity, development and mortality of hypertension. And resting heart rate is proved to be an independent risk factor of the morbidity and mortality in hypertensive. Therefore, it is necessary to administrate the resting heart rate of the hypertensive, including the hypertensive with coronary heart disease, heart failure and those with heart stroke.the management solution to people with high blood pressure, including those merging coronary heart disease, heart failure or heart stroke is base on the relationship between resting heart rate and high blood pressure.
