Summarize the advantages、 surgical methods and clinical value of Hand-assisted laparoscopic close the pelvic peritoneum. Results:All patients were successful surgery, Operation time Group A longer than B; Group A pelvic-peritoneum closure time is short、simple suture; Group A to Group B in the postoperative hospital stay、Perineum wound infection, intestinal obstruction were not statistically different (P> 0.05); postoperative radiotherapy leads to radiation enteritis incidence Group A less than B.Conclusion:Hand-assisted laparoscopic technique in Miles operation of the pelvic-peritoneum closed operation time is short、 small operation wound、easy operation and other advantages; no significant difference of Perineum wound infection, intestinal obstruction, but can significantly reduce postoperative radiotherapy due to radiation enteritis; It combines the advantages of open operation and laparoscopic, Can be used as routine surgery in clinical.
