Methods:Statistical analysis of low colorectal cancer patients in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2014 in (from the anal margin 2-5cm, all do Miles) clinical data of 57 cases,27 cases in which the hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery and Close pelvic-peritoneum (Group A); 30 cases of total laparoscopic surgery Miles did not close the pelvic-peritoneum (Group B). for Aã€B postoperative Perineum wound infection, intestinal obstruction, radiation enteritis complications. Summarize the advantages〠surgical methods and clinical value of Hand-assisted laparoscopic close the pelvic peritoneum.
