Clinical Analysis Of Two Kinds Of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction Intraoperative Decompression Methods

ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical value of decompression through the gastri c tube for the adhesion of high intestinal obstruction.MethodCollecting 38 patients of the adhesion of high intestinal obstructi on from August 2011 to August 2014 in the hospital,and dividing th e 20 cases of patients into the intestinal incision decompression grou p(38cases)and decompression through the gastric tube group(18 cases). Finding the differences by comparing the two groups of operation bl eeding,operation time,Flatus time, defecation time,indwelling catheter t ime,gristic tube indwelling time,getting out of bed time, using of anti infective drugs time,eatting and drinking time,the hospitalization time after operation, Anastomoticleakage,wound infection,abdominal infecti on,lung infection,urinary tract infection.ResultTwo groups of operation bleeding indwelling catheter time,Anasto moticleakage,urinary tract infection have no obvious difference (P>0. 05).Two groups of Flatus time, defecation time,gristic tube, indwelling time, getting out of bed time, using of anti infective drugs time,eatti ng and drinking time,the hospitalization time after operation,wound in fection, wound dehiscence, abdominal infection, lung infection have o bvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusiondecompression through the gastric tube group compared to the in testinal incision Decompression group has shorter operation time,highe r security,lightpain,quicker recovery,less complications advantages.
