Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Intervertebral disc mirror combined with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation about treating lumbar olisthe.Methods:64 patients with lumbar olisthe visited our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected and evenly divided into the experimental group and control group in random.In the experimental group,patients were removed nucleus pulposus by percutaneous intervertebral disc mrror (MED) combined with bone graft fusion and percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, while in the control group, open posterior pedicle screw internal fixation and bone graft fusion were provided. The indexes like operation time, amount of bleeding, fusion rate,clinical curative effect, length of hospital stay and the status of the nursing were compared in both group.Results:There is statistical difference (P< 0.05) operation time, amount of bleeding, length of hospital stay between two groups, and fusion tate,the status of the nursing displayed no statistical difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:This kind of surgery of Intervertebral disc mirror combined with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation to treat lumbar olisthe have advantages such as Small trauma, less blood loss, shorter hospitalization time, curative effect affirmation in addition to slightly longer surgical time, which is safe and reliable operation for the treatment of lumbar olisthe and worthy of clinical popularization and application. |
