Objective:1. To determine the diagnostic criteria and treatment of allied diseases of Hirschsprung’s disease (HAD) in children.2. To determine the prognosis of allied diseases of Hirschsprung’s disease (HAD) in children.Method:During the period from Aug.2008 to Apr.2014,426 consecutive patients were confirm the diagnosis of Hirschsprung’s disease (HD),54 cases were HAD. Diagnosis based on the clinical symptoms, anorectal manometry(ARM), rectal suction biopsy, barium enema(BE), Calretinin Immunohistochemistry. Characteristics come from analysis the report of examination. Follow-up had been finished in the end.Result:1.HAD was consist of Intestinal neuronal dysplasia 46.3%, Hypoganglionosis 29.6% and 29.6% of Immature ganglia.2.The expansion of the Colon is a major phenomenon in BE.3.A reflex wave with a shape of "W","U","M" or delay had shown in 50.0% of HAD patients who had examined ARM.4. The positive rate of CR Immunohistochemistry in HAD patients is 88.9%, the phenomenon is net structure, and staining is thinner than normal group.5.19 HAD patients had been operation treatment. The prognosis of HAD patients is good in almost everyone.Conclusion:1. The pathological features of HAD is between HD and normal.2. It can improves the diagnostic accuracy of HAD what comprehensive analysis of BE, ARM and CR examination.3.The operation will be considered once a serious complication had arisen.
