Objiective:This topic through the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, detection of orthodontic patients wear the retainer before and after the different stage subgingival gingival pathogenic acteria Porphyromonas and Fusobacterium nucleatum constituent ratio, and quantitative analysis of two periodontal bacteria content changes, from bacteria of retainer micro ecological impact for patients with periodontal, make the doctor for health maintenance have a more clear understanding of film, to guide the clinical work, improve retainer, to help patients better treatment effect, maintain oral hygieneMethods:Select the 31 end of the fixed appliance, adolescent patients aged 14-16 years. Before film retainer wear, wearing two months and wear four months, the test teeth were taken away in the side of the lip subgingival plaque. By real-time PCR technology to detect patients wearing orthodontic retainer after lamination different stages of pathogenic bacteria in subgingival Porphyromonas gingivalis Aeromonas and Fusobacterium nucleatum proportions, the experimental data using software SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis. Results:When worn with a film holder,4 months,16 subgingival plaque Aeromonas Porphyromonas gingivalis and Fusobacterium nucleatum percentage content than before the film holder wear was significantly lower (p<0.0167); while wearing laminated holder 2 months,41 subgingival plaque Aeromonas Porphyromonas gingivalis and Fusobacterium nucleatum percentage than those of the former film retainer wear was significantly lower (p<0.0167); while wearing laminated cage four months, the percentage of 16 subgingival plaque bacteria Porphyromonas gingivalis cells than those of the former film retainer wear and wear film holder two months significantly lower (p 0.0167); other dental plaque bit Porphyromonas gingivalis cells and the percentage of subgingival bacteria Fusobacterium nucleatum in three periods with no significant change (p> 0.0167).Conclusion:Wearing laminated holder of a particular tooth Aeromonas Porphyromonas gingivalis and Fusobacterium nucleatum greater impact, wear laminated fixed orthodontic retainer over the previous single-cell bacteria Porphyromonas gingivalis and Fusobacterium nucleatum percentage were significantly lower wear than the film holder fixed orthodontic treatment on periodontal health of patients to be small. Real-time PCR detection of periodontal bacteria accurate and effective and efficient.
