| It is an effective way that brain functional network can be used to make in depth study of brain function and the mechanism of brain diseases. The brain functional network is chosen to analyse the mental fatigue. Meanwhile, the magnetic stimulation is added to research if it does any effects to the mental fatigue by electroencephalogram(EEG) datas.The experiment of mental fatigue on spontaneous EEG should be designed. It presents the construction method which should get mutual correlation coefficients to measure the relation between each signal. The experiment collected the EEG signals under the pre-test state, the accomplished state after reading English for two hours, the second accomplished state after reading English for four hours and the state after magnetic stimulation by 64 channels. Then the specific rhythm(alpha and beta rhythm) of each signal was extracted by a wavelet packet filter. The mutual correlation coefficients of different EEG channels were calculated. And then brain networks should be constructed in the four states. Afterwards it should calculate feature parameters of each network and the complexities(base scale entropy and approximate entropy). It also compared the relationship of mutual correlation coefficients between the two parts of the experiment to analyse the differences between the two level mental fatigues. The experiment of mental fatigue on induced EEG should be designed,too. This experiment is based on the experiment of mental fatigue on spontaneous EEG with adding the P300 test in further analysis of mental fatigue influenced by P300 amplitude and incubation period and brain networks.The results show that it proves brain functional network can be used to analyse the level of mental fatigue. Always in a certain extent, the brain fatigue state can be relieved by the acupuncture point magnetic stimulation. |
