An Analysis Of The Factors Of Hospital’s Medical Device Operation Management Based On System Dynamics

Apparatus and instruments means devices, apparatus, appliance, material or other articles used in human bodies, through contacting with the human body surface or inside in order to achieving the objectives of diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disability against illness or injury, which are particularly important facilities in medical care. The new round of medical and health system reform proposes to provide safe,effective, convenient and affordable medical and health services, which requires medical institutions focus on quality of service as well as operational efficiency, and gradually establish a new mechanism to maintain public welfare and motivation, and to ensure hospital to run sustainably. For now, acquisition, maintenance, and management of medical devices have become an important aspect of hospital operating costs, and to some extent, reflect and affect the quality of hospital equipment and medical.It is urgent to explore effective ways and patterns to constantly improve the level of management of hospital medical equipment, to optimize the allocation of medical resources, to ensure patient safety, and to improve operating efficiency and quality of medical care in hospitals.Based on the background, this paper firstly searched the effects factors on medical devices operations management and effects degree of inputs increased rate on operations management. Four aspects including purchasing management, inspection management, use and risk management of hospital medical equipment under the new health care reform were studied based on related theory reviewed and the both at home and abroad research status. Second, the paper analysis the correlation between eacheffects factors and medical devices operations management and built system dynamics model for key effects factors on medical devices operations management, and provided targeted advice for optimizing the allocation of resources for the hospital. Finally,expanded empirical analysis combining with the first subsidiary Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan province, verify the rationality of medical equipment management system dynamic model and then explain the necessity and common problems that may exist about science operations.The paper combined the system dynamics with medical management through qualitative analysis and quantitative modeling for the first time and explored effective methods to improve management level of medical device and path. The study results provided the scientific theories, methods and practice guidance for hospital to control medical costs, improve service quality and optimize the allocation of resources. It’s of great theoretical and practical significance for the optimization of operation and management of medical devices under the new health care system.
