| Objective:This study explores the texture is soft and gender of pituitary adenomas, size of tumors, biological behavior, nuclear magnetic signal, tumors had the category and postoperative residual correlation, in order to provide theoretical basis for choosing operation program.Methods:Of 90 patients with pituitary adenomas clinical cases were retrospectively analytic research;Texture is soft and gender of pituitary adenomas, size of tumors,biological behavior, nuclear magnetic signal value, tumor type and postoperative legacy take the chi-square(P<0.05 was statistically significant), analysis of quality of a material soft hard rather than gender, size of tumors, biological behavior, nuclear magnetic signal value, tumor type and the correlation of postoperative legacy.Results:Pituitary adenomas texture is soft and gender, and the size of the tumors,biological behavior has no statistical significance(P > 0.05) has no statistical significance.T2 weighted in nuclear magnetic signal and its texture have obvious differences in the statistics, T2 weighted signals in nuclear magnetic high soft, T2 weighted signal low hard.Statistically significant(P < 0.05);Tumors of the category and the texture of the pituitary adenoma have obvious differences in the statistics, including functional properties of soft,hard no functional properties. The more, the tumors had the left over after the operation.Statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Tumors had hardness and no functional pituitary adenomas, left after the operation, low T2 weighted signal according to proportional; And sex, the size of the tumors, biological behaviour, T1 weighted signal and enhance the signal correlation, can provide theoretical basis for better choice operation scheme. |
