SOXâ…¡Protein Expression And Prognosis Of Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Objective:Research and exploration SOXll protein expression and prognosis of mantle cell lymphoma. Methods:1、A total collected in our hospital, 102 patients MCL Profile Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2002 to December 2011 were treated.2、Finally met the inclusion criteria 48 patients; 30 males and 18 females.3、Collected 48 cases of MCL patients histopathology, after grilled piece, dewaxing, hydration and other treatment, was added drop S0X11 monoclonal antibody(American Santa Cruz).4、Observation S0X11 expression MCL tumor cells under a microscope, the nucleus can be seen by the brown staining of fine particles(some sections merge cytoplasmic staining), positive staining of tumor cells did not appear it is negative.5、Each positive sections were randomly selected five horizons(400 times), calculate the percentage of positive cells per field, the average of 5 percent for patients S0X11 expression rates.6、Related literature, reference one p.m. score, there will be positive cells determined to be S0X11 slice expression positive, no positive cells determined to be S0X11 slice expression negative.7、Reference one p.m. score, the patients were divided into negative group(S0X11 negative expression), weakly positive group(S0X11 nuclear expression rate <50%), positive group(50% ≤S0X11 nuclear expression rate <80%), strong positive group(S0X11 nuclear expression rate ≥80%).8、48 patients with MCL cases were followed up, clear cases of each overall survival(OS).9、Application of Cox regression analysis, the negative, weakly positive, positive, positive four cases strong survival time for analysis, has the use of categorical variables, continuous variable analysis process in two ways. Results:1、Weakly positive, positive group, strong positive and negative group survival no significant difference(P> 0.05) times.2 、 With the increase SOXII nuclear expression rate, the risk of death significantly increased(P <0.05). Conclusion:MCL patients SOX11 protein expression level was negatively correlated with prognosis, SOX11 protein expression rate, the higher the worse the prognosis.
