| Objective:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical cases and reviewed data in Ib- IIIc stage gastric cancer patients after surgical treatment and explore the nerve, vascular invasion influence on postoperative gastric cancerpatients. Other relative factors were also analysed. Methods:The patients were gathered with stage Ib-IIIc gastric cancer radical surgery in the first affiliated hospital of nanchang university between January 2009 and April 2010. All patients accepted 6 to 8 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy after undergoing the gastric carcinoma rad ical resection. The content of the follow-up and cases analysis include gender, age, nerve invasion, lymphovascular invasion, differentiation degree, Lauren classification, the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, and radiotherapy, etc. Kaplan-Meier method were used to calculate survival rate, and used Log-rank test for single factor analysis method to compare every factors affecting the prognosis of patients, and used COX risk ratio model for multiple factors in regression model analysis. P<0.05 is regarded as statistical significance。Results:1.The outcome of Log-rank test comparing the influence of various factors on the prognosis of patients showed that nerve invasion, lympho vascular invasion, degree of differentiation, Lauren classification, the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, and radiotherapy have significant difference of patients with stage Ib-IIIc gastric cancer after radical surgery.while the gender, agehave no significant correlation with the prognosis;2.After including the above affecting factors in the single factor analysis into the Cox risk ratio model for multiple factors regression analysis, the results showed that nerve invasion, lympho vascular invasion, differentiation degree, the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis are the independent prognostic factors of Ib- IIIc stage gastric cancer patients after radical surgery. Conclusion:Having nerve invasion, lympho vascular invasion, lowdegree of differentiation, diffuse type, the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis, without radiotherapy is the poor prognosis factors for the Ib–IIIc tage patients after gastric cancer radical surgery.Among these, nerve invasion, lympho vascular invasion, the differentiation degree, the depth of invasion, lymphatic metastasis are independent prognosis factors of postoperative Ib-IIIc stage gastric cancer patients. |
