Objective: To analyze the difference between the ovarian malignant tumor patients and ovarian benign tumor patients with measured PT、APTT、TT、FIB、PLT、D-D dimer.and to analyze the differences in above indexes of patients in different staging, differentiation and pathological types. To explore the relationship of this changes and the biological behavior of the tumor and its clinical significance, Hope it can provide a theoretical basis and clinical guidance for the early prevention of thromboembolism and early prevetive use of anticoagu-lant drugs.Methods: 1. Quantitative detection the experimental group(100 cases of ovarian malignant tumor patients) and control group(100 ovarian benign tumor patients who treated during the same period) PT, APTT, TT, FIB, PLT, D-D dimer level, and comparative analysis the different of two groups. 2. To compared the difference of 100 cases ovarian malignant tumor patients in different stages, differentiation, pathologi–caltypes of PT, APTT, TT,FIB, PLT, D-D dimer. 3. Retrospective analysis the incidence of venous thromb-oembolism of patients in two groups.4.To compared the difference between thrombosis and without the occurrence of thrombosis with PT, APTT, TT, FIB, PLT, D-D dimer level.5. Use SPSS 11.0 statistical analysis software for statistical treatment, the results of measurement data with the meanst and arddeviation(S) representation; count data use rate said. P<0.05 were statistically significant.Results:1.Ovarian malignant tumor patients of determination with PT, FIB, PLT、D-D were higher than ovarian benign tumor patients,and the difference has statistally significant(P<0.05).2.The value of the difference between stage I-II, stage III-IV ovarian malignant tumor patients of FIB、 PLT、 D-D determination. and the results showed significant difference(P<0.05). 3. Stage III-IV ovarian malignant tumor patients FIB、PLT、D-D determination level higher than stage I-II, and the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).4.High differentiation、different-iation、 low differentiation malignant ovarian tumor patients with benign tumor patients’ s PT、FIB、PLT、 D-D levels were all differences, and the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).5. High、low、differentiation of ovarian malignant tumor patients’ s PT、PLT、D-D value determination was higher than ovarian benign tumor patients,and the results has significant difference(P<0.05);low differentiation of ovarian malignant tumor patients’ s FIB、D-D was higher than the high、differentiation of ovarian malignant tumor patients, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05). 6.Malignant ovarian tumor patients with different pathological types has different of APPT、FIB、PLT. the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05). 7. Epithelial、sex cord stromal ovarian malignant tumor. Krukenberg tumor patients’ s PLT levels were lower than patients with ovarianmalignant germ cell tumor,and the difference has tatistically signify-cant(P<0.05). 8. The ovarian malignant tumors patients has a high incidence of venous thromboe- mbolism after operation than ovarian benign tumor patients. 9. The malignant ovarian tumor patients with embolism occurrence in FIB 、D-D levels were significantly higher than patients with malignant ovarian tumors without the occurrence of embolism, the difference has statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Ovarian malignanttumors patients blood coagulation system function hyperfunction than ovarian benign tumor patients. 2. With the period increase, the patients with malignant ovarian tumor showed more significant blood hypercoagulable state.3.With the ovarian malignant tumor tissue differentiation degree is low, the malignancy degree increased higher. high blood coagulation state is more significant, the prognosis become more worse. 4. Ovarian malignant tumor patients has a high venous thrombo embolism incidence after operation than the benign ovarian tumor patients.
