The Correlation Of Research Between Cholecystectomy And Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective Through the retrospective analysis and follow-up after cholecystectomy bile reflux gastritisincidence rate,to compare with incidence of bile reflux gastritis during the surgery cholecystectomy in type.Methods Collecting the cases who were doing gastroscopy from 2012 to 2013.,which were diagnosed as bile reflux gastritis through the gastroscopy and pathology。To compare with the incidence of the bile reflux gastritis between the cholecystectomy patients and the general population;to achieve the analysis of factors of bile reflux gastritis occurred in cholecystectomy group。The statistical Methodis the chi-square criterion(P<0.05)Results1.The group which were in the bile reflux gastritis after cholecystectomy were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P<0.05).2.After the cholecystectomy,the incidence of the bile reflux gastritis in were significantly higher in age>40 group than those in age<40 group(P<0.05);the incidence of the bile reflux gastritis were significantly higher in Operation time>60 min group than<60 min group(P<0.05);the incidence of the bile reflux gastritis were significantly lower in T-pipe group than the others(P<0.05);there was no significance in the incidence of the bile reflux gastritis between the group of Open cholecystectomy and Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The incidence of the bile reflux gastritis for males in the whole cases was 9.63%,the females’was2.64%.(P<0.05).But there was no significance in the incidence of the bile reflux gastritis after the cholecystectomy between males and females. Conclusion 1. The cholecystectomy is one of the pathogenic factors in the causes of the bile reflux gastritis.The incidence of the bile reflux gastritis after the cholecystectomy would increase. 2. As the factors in cholecystectomy,age≥40years、Operation time >60 min were considered as the risk factors,with T-pipe was considered as a protective factor.
