Chronic Nasal- Sinusitis Before And After Surgery In Patients With Nasal Mucosa Cilia Function And Life Quality Correlation Studies

Objective: by using the Chinese version of the nasal sinuses outcome measure article twenty(SNOT-20) table and nasal mucus cilia saccharin test transmission rate(mueoeiliary tra nsport rate, MTR), which discuss chronic nasal sinusitis- before and after surgery in patients with nasal mucus cilia transmission function and quality of life(QOL) quality of life, whether there is a correlation, to guide treatment in patients with chronic nasal sinusitis- provide a reference basis.Methods: through the SNOT- 20 scale and using saccharin experimental determination of the nasal mucus cilia transfer rate of 64 cases with chronic nasal sinusitis patients with preoperative and postoperative 3 months follow-up investigation and test, and comparison research.Results: through the localization SNOT- 20 assessment shows: the QOL score, the greater the patients quality of life of the poor. Patients with preoperative QOL(31.33±8.80) less than postoperative(8.89 ± 3.22),(P < 0.01). MTR, patients with preoperative(2.43±0.88) less than postoperative(8.13±2.43),(P < 0.01). There is a rank correlation between QOL and MTR. The correlation coefficient r = 0.76, P < 0.76).Conclusion: Chronic nasal sinusitis patients QOL before and after operation and there is a correlation between MTR, should pay attention to in the treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis clinical- protect the transmission function of the nasal mucus cilia, nasal discharge, to solve the problem such as hyposmia, improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
