Objective:1 〠Is for the purpose of through the monitoring of high flux hemodialysis(HFHD) changes of serum calcium, phosphorus, i PTH levels after understanding of high flux hemodialysis effect on scavenging, macromolecular toxin, thus further affirm the clinical curative effect of high flux dialysis treatment.2ã€Through the treatment of different dialysis way after the relevant indexes of renal osteodystrophy detection, for ordinary dialysis(CHD) comparison of curative effect and high flux dialysis treatment regimen in the treatment of dialysis patients, to provide further assistance.Materials and methods:In 2,013 August to 2,014 year in August to choose the treatment of hemodialysis in blood purification center of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University in 71 patients.39 cases of patients over 6 months among ordinary dialysis treatment.Regular dialysis therapy for more than 6 months after the change in 32 cases of high flux hemodialysis patients over 6 months.Records of patients basic information.Monitoring of ordinary dialysis 3 months, 6 months and high flux dialysis 3 months, 6 months after the calcium, phosphorus, i PTH and other related indicators.At the same time,give a retrospective analysis.Application of SPSS19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results: 1ã€Ordinary dialysis 6 months after treatment compared with before treatment, serum phosphorus levels did not change significantly, decreased blood i PTH level.2ã€High flux dialysis treatment than i PTH, serum phosphorus level of ordinary dialysis after treatment decreased, serum calcium levels increased.3ã€Regular dialysis treatment for 6 months instead of serum phosphorus level, i PTH of high flux dialysis 6 months after treatment significantly reduced, and no significant changes in serum calcium levels.Conclusions:1ã€Ordinary dialysis treatment on blood phosphorus removal effect is not obvious, there is a scavenging effect on blood i PTH.2ã€High flux hemodialysis on serum phosphorus, parathyroid hormone in patients with PTH obvious scavenging activity.3ã€High flux dialysis treatment, scavenging effect on macromolecular toxins than ordinary dialysis treatment significantly. |
