The Relationships Among Resilience, Affect And General Self-efficacy And Medical Coping-style In Hospitalized Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To provide a theoretic basis for improving the resilience of patients in hospital,this study aims to investigate the general self-efficacy,medical coping mode situation and resilience of patients with coronary heart disease in hospital,to explore the relationship between resilience and general self-efficacy,medical coping mode and analyze the influencing factors.Methods : Totally 213 inpatient cases of department of cardiology were surveyed by using the General Information Questionnaire,Conner-Davidson Resilience scale(CD-RISC),General Self-efficacy and Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire in a top three hospitals of Xin jiang,through convenience sampling.The statistic package for the Social Science(spss version17.0) was used for analyses.Used the descriptive analysis to evaluate the resilience,general self-efficacy,medical coping mode, and analyzed the influencing factors based on t-test, rank correlation, variance analysis, and multiple linear regression.Results:①The total score of resilience was 63.35±12.33,general self-efficacy was 27.26±4.65,the score of three dimensions of the face of medical coping mode was 18.76±1.89、the avoidance was 17.94±2.27,the yield was 14.00±1.53.②There was no significant differences between age group,sex,nationality,place of residence,occupation,clinical type and number of hospitalizations.(total P>0.05).③There was significant differences between different education the ways of medical payment,family income,family relationship,the time of illness,treatment.(total P<0.05)④The resilience and the three dimensions was positively related to general self-efficacy(P<0.05).⑤ The resilience was positively related to the face of coping mode(P<0.05,r=0.173),the avoidance of coping mode(P<0.01,r=0.602),the resignation of coping mode(P<0.01,r=0.257).⑥Education(F=9.651,<0.05),the ways of medical payment(F=8.043,<0.05),family income(F=17.372,<0.05),family relationship(F=9.991,<0.05),treatment(t=8.651,<0.05)and the time of illness(F=7.389,<0.05)all played a role of the resilience of patient with coronary heart disease in hospital. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that family relationship and the time of illness and treatment.Conclusion:The resilience and the general self-efficacy of inpatient with coronary heart disease remains to be improved,patients should be instructed to take appropriate medical coping mode;Family relations,the time of illness and treatment are the influence factors of the resilience of patients with coronary heart disease.The better the family relationship,the better the resilience of hospitalized patient with coronary heart disease.The longer duration of disease,the resilience of patients worse.The resilience of patients mainly taken interventional treatment was worse mainly taken conservation treatment.
