Osteoarthritis Pain Suppression TRPM8 Expression In Patients With The Clinical Significance Of The Research

Objective:Study of patients with knee osteoarthritis pain suppression of clinical significance of TRPM8 expression in.Methods:Select 32 healthy adult SD rats as the research object, to its line of sheath built-in tube, and by way of Freund’s adjuvant to construct the model of osteoarthritis in rats,which were divided into NS-NS group, CFA-NS group, CFA-Menthol group and NS-Menthol group, the 8 groups before and after treatment, compared four groups of rats behavioral indicators and TRPM8 expression.Study of patients with knee osteoarthritis pain suppression of clinical significance of TRPM8 expression in.Results:Rats of group CFA-Menthol rats after lifting claw number, thermal hyperalgesia and mechanical allodynia threshold score difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. In addition, CFA-NS group, CFA-Menthol TRPM8 group of rats was higher in NS-NS group, NS-Menthol group, P < 0.05.Conclusions:Menthol can activate the TRPM8 receptor in strengthening the hypercryalgesia, play cold analgesic effect.
