| Objective:(1)To study the effect of L – Carnitine to the degree of neural functional disability when applied to different status of acute cerebral infarction, patients for research are divided in two groups: L – Carnitine treatment(treated group) and basic treatment(comparison group);(2) MRS is implemented to observe the change of NAAã€Crã€Choã€Lac before and after treatment in L – Carnitine group and basic treatment group, and the functional mechanism of L – Carnitine is also combined to discuss the role of L – Carnitine played in acute cerebral infarction development. Methods:20 acute cerebral infarction patients are randomly devided into two groups: the L – Carnitine group and basic treatment group, both are given fundamental symptomatic treatment, medicine needs be taken in a duration of 14 days, and the two groups are researched in terms of NAAã€Crã€Choã€Lac, within and between groups, with MRS in the first and 14 th day in hospital. Meanwhile neural functional defection of patients is also graded. Results:Both the neural functional defection grades of the two groups have become lower, yet the L – Carnitine group declined more significantly. The level of NAAã€Cho rise in both two groups, while Lac decreased which appeared more apparently in L – Carnitine group. Conclusion:There is such modification in prognosis of acute cerebral infarction patients when L – Carnitine is applied. |
